Welcome to the partner briefing, navigating the lea legal AI landscape in the future of LOIS. It is great to see all of you here today. My name is Sandy Hallis. I'm the director of partnerships at FileVine. We're super excited for you today, and this is actually the first, webinar of its kind. Historically, most of our webinars are geared towards FileVine customers or potential customers. But today, we are focused on providing content just for our partners. So whether you are already working with us or interested in becoming a partner, we are super happy to have you. So just real quick before we get into the real meat and potatoes today, I'll do some quick introductions, and then I'll go through the agenda as well. So, Tony Klinger is actually going to be leading the lion's share of the presentation today. He's a former practicing attorney with over a decade of experience and is now one of our esteemed solutions engineers. Again, I'm the director of partnerships, and I've got my teammate, Molly Callahan, as well, who's our partnerships manager and who you'll hear from a little bit later on. So Molly and I are here, and it's our job to support our partners to make sure that you are benefiting from working with FileVine is is basically what our role is. So whether that's helping to educate you on our products or how to speak about FileVine with your customers on webinars like today or working with you one on one just to customize the type of partnership that works for you, we're here to help and, again, just make this a beneficial partnership. In terms of what we'll be covering today, today's session is mostly product focused. Taking just a really quick step back, FileVine has had an AI offering for several years, but the evolution over the last six or so months has been particularly exciting. And we even have a new name for it, which is Lois. So that's what we're gonna be focusing on today. So in terms of the particular agenda items, Tony's gonna kick us off by providing a little bit more context and some of FileVine's perspective on the difference between legal native AI versus generic AI. Then he'll go into a product demonstration, and then you'll get a a sneak peek into some exciting new and soon to be released products and features, that are on our road map. And then we'll pass it over to Molly who's gonna give you just a really high level framework on how you can start talking about FileVine with your customers, and then she'll wrap us up with a little bit more of a detailed conversation around what our partner program entails and how you could be a part of it. So we're really excited for all of the content today. One other quick note before I turn over to Tony is if you have questions, please feel to throw them in the chat. We will save some time for q and a at the end. If we don't get to all of your questions today live, we will absolutely follow-up with you, directly after the webinar. So, again, this webinar is for you. We want it to be useful. So as you think of questions, please feel to drop them in the chat. So with that, Tony, I'll turn it over to you. Well, thank you, Sandy. I am very excited to talk to you all about our legal operating in intelligence system and and really what differentiates it from other competitors, in in the ever changing, and rapidly evolving AI landscape. But, as a as a baseline or a foundation for this conversation, it's, important to understand that FileVine's goal is to embed legal intelligence into every action that, attorneys and law firms are making to help those legal teams move faster, think strategically, deliver real impact. So other options out there are maybe not quite as well rounded as what Lois can off offer. Our legal operating intelligence system fully integrates to every aspect of our legal work, to lock outcomes, get to the heart of the matter, and it starts with security. We have a zero retention, architecture and enterprise grade, infrastructure designed to help, protect the the law firm's most sensitive data. There's a zero training policy where, this information, that, you know, specific and sensitive client information that law firms will be using to, get insights in through Lois will not be, trained and not ever go outside of, their their firm to train any LLMs. So customers don't just adopt FileVine for efficiency. They trust us with those, matters so they can do the work that matters to them. So it is a secure and trusted operational foundation that firms need, the structure and reliable environment where Lois can deliver actual, accurate, explainable legal intelligence. And the the real core of this is that generic AI options are effectively, homeless for lack of a better term. It has no visibility into firm specific files, documents, matter history, generic chatbots, Asking a generic chat chatbot to draft a motion, or a brief on a matter is like asking a stranger on the street to write it. They might be brilliant. They might be able to produce something, but they don't know the the full context of the matter. So Lois, on the other hand, is able to have a full map of all of the case, the relationships there, the the understanding of legal terms, legal procedure, etcetera. So Lois is embedded inside of file FileVine and thus has instant access to the complete context of the matter. The the level of context engineering that FileVine that our engineer team has put into this is really what stands out, above and beyond any anything else on the market right now, because it does understand the legal nature of the work, the highly sensitive nature of the work, and the need for accuracy. The FileVine has spent years building AI that understands that legal structure, not just the legal language. So how we've, excuse me, how we have engineered context to every AI inter interaction, is really what sets us apart and puts us into a unique position, as firms are implementing AI into their workflows. From, you know, an attorney, a practitioner standpoint, they have multiple lenses of information. They are managing their underlying substance of the case itself, having to understand the the legal context and implementation with regards to research, and specific statutes that may be in play. They have complex document searching needs, as well as trying to manage entire caseload through their database. So they're constantly dealing with these multiple different lenses of, information, in separate and and mostly disjointed system, that adds complexity to their workflow. So on top of that, they're also managing client relationships, core proceedings, and for many of them, running a business. So there's a level of complexity that FileVine and Lois are designed to unify, and simplify. And the way that this happens is, through, having everything under one platform and one system of truth and one intelligence information. BioLine tracks and operationalizes all of the workflows, data points, documents, and communications in one place, allowing firms to streamline, all of the chaos it's dealing with today. Instead of using a bolt on AI solution, Lois is is able to leverage and unify data, connect work, think like a lawyer so the team so the legal teams are going from a chaotic environment to a place where they can now start commanding outcomes, saving time, and making strategy the priority. So with that, we are going to highlight, essentially six different areas of, our AI offerings through LOIS. We're gonna start with ask Lois, which is essentially a legal assistant that knows everything about your case, transition into some of our updates with medical chronology as well as medical billing, DICOM preview and AI analysis, our LOIS homepage, which is a global search across all the pages, LOIS for Word, which is embedding LOIS and your case intelligence into Word where you're drafting, and then some future, features of Lois we will highlight very briefly. So with that, let's let's get into the demonstration. As as many you are probably familiar having worked with your clients, worked with FileVine, we are here in a case, our Meredith Campbell versus Mason Kartchner case. So in here, we have all of our activity items, our case notes, our case information. Whoops. Just a second. That is really unfortunate timing. I've been in FileVine all morning, doing demos and preparing for this demonstration. So we will get this going here. Alright. Let's try that again. So we have all of our case information, all of our case documents where we can, really manage, everything that is going on through the case, through depositions, evidence, court proceedings, etcetera. Now the power of Lois is when I come to ask Lois, let me just make this a little bit bigger. We'll hide our chat history. Lois has access to all of that data. So you can come in, and and really it shines in three different areas, primarily in summary. So let's say that, the firm has a new attorney and they just reassigned some, some cases to that attorney. So I type in, I was just assigned this case. Give me a one paragraph summary of the facts and the procedural history and the current status so that I can come up to speed. While I was practicing, I can't tell you how many times I was handed a case of something that was maybe urgent and an attorney was out of the office, or there was some some movement in the firm, and I inherited cases that I picked up midstream. And I had to take hours to dive through the case to understand what was going on factually as well as what is going on with the case itself. So here in a matter of moments, I was able to leverage our legal operating intelligence system to get that data and that information, quickly but always contextualized. So you'll see after every entry, there are, there are references to the actual source material where it is pulling that information, whether it's in those case documents or different sections of the field, different fields of your section. Within here as well, we can take it a step further and go from just basic summary, to something a little bit more strategic. But for example, maybe the next step in this case is a mediation. So preparing for mediation, I need to know what the top issues that the defense is going to raise. And because of Lois' structure, it is built and fueled off of LLMs, that have a wide knowledge base and then goes through a proprietary layer of our context engineering and embeddings to ensure that it's secure, to ensure ensure that it understands the legal context, and the stakes of, of what it is that we're trying to accomplish in the legal world. Within AI, there's a term called, temperature, which is essentially how creative you're gonna allow the AI to be. We've turned that all the way down so that we can get, again, highly accurate, fully contextualized, answers to our questions. So here, we can understand that there's gonna be a credibility process, where there's a message from our client that talks about, a mission of gym works out workouts and jogging that's going to really cut against our our medical, our medical evidence. So with that, it also gives us some strategic implant, impact and then even suggest next steps or next, follow-up questions. So for example, listing evidence supporting a plaintiff's ongoing injuries to counter their, credibility attacks. So, again, this takes the power of AI, and allows Lois to do, what Lois does and AI does very well in, analyzing, large amounts of information to allow lawyers and legal teams to do what they do even better. The third real area where ask Lois shines is in regards to contextualized research. And so with this, Lois, as a highly secure platform, is able to go out and search for a curated set of authoritative websites for case law, statutory law, regulatory law, to be able to find answers based in those specific, legal precedents that attorneys are going to need to rely on. But not only that, but also contextualize that, against the case. And I don't think that this can really be, overstated is the the extreme measures that FileVine has gone to to make sure that this is a completely secure, platform. It is HIPAA compliant, SOC two type two compliant, zero day training, and zero day retention, on any document. So this is never gonna train off of a firm's data or the firm's client's information. And, again, as you can see in a matter of moments, I was able to get, very contextualized, jurisdiction specific answers, to my my question and, how it applies in this case. So here, specifically, if the defense frames doctor Mitchell's opinion and speculation were not stated with magic words, argue that Utah focuses on substance. So, again, being able to track that to those credible sources, see that within the context of your case, it empowers attorneys to be, more equipped and better able to tackle these complex legal issues that they face. We also have the ability to take multiple thousands of pages of medical records and compile them into one, succinct and easy to read medical summary or MedCron by FileVine. When we initiate this, we're able to see a full treatment history of what was going on in this case. So here, we'll be able to see a case overview, patient profile, chronology, and summary. This starts with a little bit more, generalized information and and moves to more specific as we move to the right, in our different tabs across the top. But what's really special about this tool is that this outline that's created, all of these topics that it finds, so for example, rehabilitation services in this case, are going to be built bespoke and specific to that set of medical records, that it has analyzed for that case. So although the structure will look similar, the specific content and topics that are found within here are going to be unique for each different case because each different case and treatment procedures are just that, unique. Similar to ask Lois, we are able to come in and see the source materials where that information was oops. Excuse me. Where that information was pulled from so that we can always, do our due diligence and verify what it is that AI has pointed out. Similarly, the patient profile gives us a broad stroke overview of what's going on with with the patient themselves, whether it's demographics, basic information about the current, incident, or even, chronic or past conditions. With the medical chronology, this takes all of the different, dates of treatment that are contained in those, medical records and compiles them in in a chronological order. So you can see the date of service, the specific providers and facilities that were involved in that in that date, as well as a summary of what was going on. I mentioned that this is going to be a little bit more generalized, so you'll often see a page ranges. But as we come to the summary, we're gonna see in a very granular detail, specifically, all of the different actions that happened or medical procedures, findings, diagnosis, that occurred at each of these different, dates of service. But we've learned on top of that very powerful filtering capabilities. So whether, an attorney wants to filter by a specific date range or maybe they're getting prepared to do a deposition of doctor Foster, We can simply click on doctor Foster's name in our list of providers and be able to see specifically what dates, doctor Foster was involved in this treatment history and what, doctor Foster, did as part of that treatment. We can do, the similar type of narrowing down with our facilities or even the source documents that, that were, analyzed to build this summary. Additionally, we're going to be able to see, very specific topics, about, this, about this case, bespoke again to those medical records. For example, if we only need to see the information regarding the CT images and CT scans, we can quickly narrow that down to those specific dates of service. There's also a comprehensive word index so that attorneys are gonna be able to find those key pieces of information, in a easy to read, and easily verifiable, format. One request that we hear frequently from our, our clients and and prospective customers is the ability to be able to manage our medical bills in a little bit more streamlined fashion. So here, we do have a medical bill section that is going to be added into our medical chronology where we can see, specific, entries on different providers when those bills were, the amounts, and any adjustments, and even be able to come in and see the fine details of that. In addition to that, we have the ability to also identify, oops, identify missing records, as we are reviewing, both the medical bills and the medical records. Records. So what this tool is is does is, analyzes all of the different documents that it identifies as bills or medical record and then cross references those so you can see specifically if there are medical records that haven't been billed for or vice versa, any medical bills that mention medical treatments that we don't have, resources for yet or records for rather. And as we click into those, again, we can see that source document, that verifiable information for what it is that we have that we're analyzing or looking at in this case. One of our newest features when it comes to medical records I'm actually gonna come back into our Meredith Campbell case and come into our documents and open up our actual medical records. We've actually received some imaging files as part of this case that are going to go into a little bit deeper depth about the injuries. And and I say this, to attorneys that I talk to all the time. I said, listen. I don't under I don't know where you went to law school at. But at my law school, they didn't teach us how to read medical records. They didn't teach us how to read CT scans. So we've, enabled, an AI analysis, with our DICOM viewer. So you can come in and, know, at the first step, be able to see those medical images, do the typical things you would expect, such as high contrast, or measurements, etcetera. But, again, we have empowered this tool to be fueled through LOIS to analyze this, to help attorneys understand what it is that's going on. This certainly won't replace any, you know, expert witnesses or expert opinions, but it will give attorneys quick and contextualized information as a starting place so they can understand how to work with those experts even better, what kinds of questions they need to ask, why this specific set of images may be relevant to their case. Excuse me. So while this is running, I'm also going to highlight just a couple of other things. We also have the ability to analyze media such as audio and video files as well as images as part of this new, DICOM viewer and, AI tool. Looks like Lois fell asleep on me a little bit. Let me give this another try here. Let me reload that. AI analysis. If this doesn't load here in in about thirty seconds, I'm gonna just shift over a little bit and show you how we can use this tool for, the more standard oh, there we go. More standard, image analysis. So we're gonna focus on soft tissue, any, degenerative, well, not disc spine, analysis, and be able to, understand that within the case context and then run that analysis. Similarly, as I come in and see an image in our file, I can come in and analyze that specific image, whether it is a copy of text that we could now extract that doc or that text from or something more related to the let's see. I believe it is in our investigation, or something more related to the incident itself where we can now come in and analyze the image and get, insights as to what it is that we are looking at. The next area I wanna highlight is what we're calling, our lowest homepage or some have referred to it as our global lowest. And what this is is similar to, our ask lowest feature within an individual case, we can come and ask lowest questions, spanning our entire case database. So for example, let's say that, I need to come in and see all of the cases in which I'm working with a specific, expert. So all the cases in which doctor Chen is involved. So this is going to be able to look across the entire case database and see the full scope of information both within the case data in the fields and file line as well as in the unstructured data in the documents to pull out key insights and make connections that would take attorneys hours to manually review what could be, hundreds of files. So here, we can actually see its thought process as it's going through here. So it's found all of those cases, and it's going to give me that, output through that. But in addition to being able to do kinda some of this more reporting based semantic search, we can also use natural language to do agentic actions. So for example, maybe I needed to find these cases because doctor Chen, has recently sent me an updated CV that we need need to now disclose to the opposing party. So I've now prompted Lois to, for each of those, cases, Taskar, Paralegal, and Madison to disclose the updated CV. Now Lois can go in and access all of the cases that it's found, and take actions such as creating those tasks, so that, you know, as the attorney managing this caseload, I have now better visibility and better, control of what's going on within that case. So here, you'll also notice that even when I was using fairly generic terms, it identified that Madison met Madison Doyle within our case system. And so it found those cases and is creating those tasks across five to, five cases in one simple step, simple question and workflow. As I was talking to some other groups about this tool, they got very excited by the ability to be able to identify patterns across their entire caseload, of maybe, you know, a defense expert who, has, you know, issued essentially the exact same medical report and findings in his expert opinion over multiple cases, or being able to, easily more easily identify conflicts of interest in their in those cases. So here, we've successfully created five tasks to with Madison assigned to Madison, to update that CV. But not only are we going to be able to access the data, but we can make it actionable, within our case management. The next area we're gonna dive into is more related to our drafting. With this, I'm actually going to come in and open up Microsoft Word, and highlight a let me do it. K. Highlight a new tool. There was actually a a recent, acquisition on the on the part of FileVine, called Pinsights, and this is being rebranded to Lois for Word. But Pinsights was designed as a contract review and AI assisted redlining tool for transactional attorneys to be able to quickly understand any risks in contracts that they are reviewing. It's now excuse me. It is now expanding a step further to also be able to be more document type agnostic and help with all sorts of different drafting needs that attorneys had have, whether it's from letters, pleadings, and discovery, or this more contract based. So let's say that I am, representing my client. They are are coming into, making an agreement with a service provider, and I need to come in and review that. What we have are playbooks, which are essentially, the the gold standard for these different, contract matters where we can go in and just give previous examples of the red lines we've made, those terms that are most important to to me as an attorney and to my client to be able to ensure that this agreement is going to work for us. So we can have multiple of these playbooks, but I'm gonna go ahead and run this against our master service agreement. If there is more, specific context for this agreement beyond kind of what we have as a general playbook, we can add it here. But as I run this playbook, it's going to go through and find all of the data related to these checks that I've created, that will tell us whether or not this is going to pass our standards or whether or not this is going to be at risk. Users can, identify the different risk levels depending on the the topic or area within this contract, or they can have AI assist in identifying that risk. What we're also able to do is you saw that that stopped processing. As I open up this, this is actually going to come in and take us to the specific, portion of the contract that's at issue, tell us what the issue is, and then suggest red lines that we have, that we can add in to put our client in a better position. So as we can see, this adds a second portion here. If I will, if I come in and make any edits, I will go ahead and just remove that portion. It also has the option to learn off of your preferences and incorporate that into future playbooks that you run. You can also toggle that off if it's just more of a onetime, event, But it can go in and fully add those edits and red lines and any comments to your document. So as you're negotiating this contract, you can come in and and fully understand, why it is that we need to add this information. Fully leveraging AI. Additionally, as I mentioned, this is now being extended into a little bit of a broader context where we can now, use this. And let me actually just refresh this. We can now use this to review and, and draft specific documents, in litigation or other, use cases for different specific attorneys. So instead of on the Playbook side, I'm actually gonna come over to our Composure side, which is, more of a chat experience. You can have saved prompts. So for example, I could come in and say, hey. We're responding some interrogatories. We do this, routinely. So we're gonna go ahead and, draft those responses based off of a prompt that we've already vetted and drafted, so that we don't have to worry about taking the time to to go through and and redo that, every time. Similar to our global LOIS, as this is processing that information, you can see its thought patterns and understand what it is that that it is doing and how it's going through this this analysis. So we're able to leverage AI to complete very complex complex legal processes in a fraction of the time by, again, leveraging that that really deep knowledge base and the full case context. Excuse me. So as this is thinking, I am going to tease just a couple of other things, that are going to be coming through our AI pipeline, including some really exciting additions to our depositions, process or depositions project product, Depos by FileVine, in which, as many of you are probably aware, you can, utilize our depositions by FileVine tool to manage the pre deposition planning and setup, the in deposition, having real time analysis of what the testimony is compared with the goals that the attorney has set so that they can really have outcome driven experience as they are getting that one shot to depose a witness. And then post deposition, ability to, have AI analysis to do, issue flagging, and even clipping and editing those. So, again, that, that process is going to be, you know, something that could be a game changer, for law firms that, that go through depositions frequently. So here, we can see that this has given us, proposed, objections, as we have analyzed this. And now it's going to go ahead, and draft those objections, so that we can insert them right into our case. While this is drafting, I'm also gonna highlight that we can also add our project, data from FileVine, to give this our case specific context and case specific documents to refer to as it is coming in and and reviewing our case. So for example, I could choose this Emily Carter case, narrow the scope, and say, hey. We really need this to look at our case overview, and our tort claim as well as her medical records as it is going through, and and finding that information. In addition to using these prompts, I could come in and write my own prompts and even have AI, you know, help us refine that prompt so we can get better outcomes as part of that process. And then lastly, I did mention that we are going to have, some previews into some of our newer, AI capabilities, that I'm, for one, very excited about, from an attorney standpoint. So the first one I wanna highlight is our litigation lab, which is a dedicated space for document drafting. Let me actually come back to our dashboard here. So we can come in and find our different cases. As we open this up, we can draft new documents based on templates that we've set up or even timelines, etcetera. As I come into a new draft, I'll be able to, specify what kind of template I want to draft this off of. So maybe a, a demand template, choose which documents, from within our file we want it to consider as it's drafting that, including, any exhibits that we're going to want to attach. And then for sake of time, I'm actually gonna come back and show you one that has previously been drafted, where we can, come in and see the the output here, in this case, a demand letter, where it is, but also citations of where this, finds that information as well as citations that might need to have a little bit of review where, maybe that there is, some additional context that the AI, wasn't as, confident about as far as an inclusion in here. I can also come in and chat and ask anything about this, maybe strengthen this or adjust the tone, as part of that AI driven drafting. And then, also, we have a lowest for trials platform that will be an attorney's in trial. Well, pretrial an in trial tool to help prepare and understand how their case is going to land with juries. So for example, we can come in and run focus groups based off of AI personas, spanning a wide range of, of political, socioeconomic, personas, that we can come in and understand, like, based on the arguments that we're making, the evidence that we're presenting, what's going to land, maybe some confusing, and, ideas that backfired, so that we can have, again, great insights into what's actually going to happen, have better, metrics to decide on, what information we're gonna see, including a verdict predictor where we can come in and say, hey. Based on our jurisdiction, based on specific makeups of our jury pool, as well as, you know, the arguments in our case, how the, jury would likely vote, in this matter. We can see, effectiveness of arguments, etcetera, including the ability to see, damage analysis to see kind of what range or what span of damages we could be expecting here. And so that's, again, just a a a preview. There's more with those tools, that we could go over in more depth, But, I know that that Sandy and Molly have a little bit more that they want to highlight, and we wanna leave some time for questions at the end. So I'm gonna go ahead and, with that, turn it back over. I believe Molly's taken this next portion. Awesome. Thank you, Tony. Now it's one thing to see the tech, but I think it's another to explain it to a skeptical attorney on why they should invest in LOIS over other AI tools on the market. So when you're speaking with your clients, we want you to feel confident talking about these products when you recommend them. So these are three big takeaways based on what Tony talked about. One, it's fully secure. This is obviously huge for many firms. FileVine isn't an experimental start up. It's built on the most secure cloud in the world. Remind your clients that we never train public models on their private data. Their proprietary work stays their own. Second, it's fully integrated. You know, this helps your client see that jumping between tools creates friction and tool fatigue. Think of FileVine as a single pane of glass. With Lois living directly inside FileVine and Microsoft Word, Your attorney never has to leave their workflows to get answers. It's not an extra step. It's an integrated teammate. And then third, it's fully contextualized. I think this is your biggest lever, solving that context gap. Generic AI is homeless. It has no idea what's in their cases. Lois, however, has a map of the case. So explain to your clients that it's different from being from it's different than asking a stranger on the street to write a brief versus asking their own senior associate. So, you know, high level, we can always work with you one on one and additional value props and go deeper. And beyond these value beyond the tools the beyond the value that these tools bring to your clients, I wanna talk about how the partnership actually supports you with your own business growth. So recommending the right software is a reflection of your brand in our program. It's designed to reward that expertise. So first off, that white glove handoff experience. Okay. The first one being, is there a limit to how many questions or prompts we can ask Loisq? Is it package dependent, or will all users be able to ask as many questions as they'd like? So I I can take that one, Molly. It is package, dependent. We have multiple tiers, of our lowest offerings, but all users of FileVine will have access to ask lowest. Even if they don't purchase one of the higher tiers, it'll just be on a metered basis where they'll have a a limited number of queries they could ask. But at the paid tiers, they would have unlimited access to all of the AI offerings within there. So unlimited questions they could ask Lois in both the case view as well in the the global Lois. Awesome. Thanks, Tony. The next one is, are these features included in existing FileVine AI packages? Yeah. And that that kinda is related. So as I mentioned, it is a tiered system. So all FileVine users will have access to the metered LOIS. And then we have LOIS expert, a LOIS advanced, and I'm drawing a blank on the the third tier. But depending on the tiers, they they will have access to different portions. So for example, the MedCron, is one of the the features, or one of our low our lowest and AI tools, that is tier specific. With regards to, when they will be released, many of the features that we showed today are already, in production, including ask Lois, and the research capabilities that we've shown there, the medical chronology tool, Lois for Word. All of those are currently in production. Our global Lois is going through, initial, testing now, and we're seeing very promising results. And then our litigation lab are let me back up. Our DICOM viewer and image and video analysis is in production now. Our litigation lab and our lowest for trials tool, are going through an early, early stage development with a limited kind of trial basis for some market research on on what features are gonna be most useful, for for firms as they're going. So I don't have a hard timeline, on that, but that's one thing that I've been really, impressed with working with FileVine is the rate at which, we are innovating and staying on the cutting edge of technology, and coming out with, with new, features in the AI, landscape. And then it looks like Patrice asked, how are the customers notified of charges per case or per project? So that it would be part of their their packaging deal when they're working with our account executives on on what level or what what tier of lowest that they're going to access and how many cases that that would be available for. That's a little bit beyond my, my wheelhouse and my expertise. I'm more on the product side, and less on the the pricing side. So that would probably be a question that that we could follow-up. But, essentially, it'd be part of the contract, in which the law firm would buy a a certain amount of, cases worth of of the AI. But once it is generated, so for example, in a case when I start, asking Lois or abusing the MedCron, or other of these tools that we've covered today, it is truly unlimited usage. So as we mentioned earlier, you could ask as many questions, of LOIS or drafting info excuse me, documents and information, as you need to for the life cycle of that case. Those are great questions.
