Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting and forecasting
  • Track and analyze operational efficiency metrics across departments
  • Support the preparation of materials for Board meetings and executive presentations
  • Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and variance reporting
  • Create and maintain regular financial reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS or technology companies
  • Knowledge of financial planning software
  • MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA)
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Background in preparing board-level presentations
