Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

  • Support the ideation and development of creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including banner ads, web pages, emails, brochures, flyers, and company swag.
  • Assure design continuity between digital and print experiences
  • Function as a liaison between Marketing and other departments to assess needs, identify solutions, and ensure creative assets align with project requirements
  • Deliver exceptional designs that adhere to Filevine’s brand guidelines
  • Professionally represent the marketing team when interfacing with other departments
  • Pay close attention to details, ensuring projects are scoped and scaled to hit deadlines
  • Be an awesome, creative, reliable, professional, positive, intelligent, and fun team member

Qualifications

  • No ego; we are a team of thoughtful, caring people that work collaboratively on everything, so bring openness and the ability to work with a great team
  • 2+ years of experience in a design-related field
  • Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Indesign, and basic knowledge of After Effects or equivalent motion graphics
  • Ability to support both digital and print design projects
  • Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to quickly produce publication-quality materials for both print and digital applications
  • Ability to act independently in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adhere to the company’s style and brand guidelines
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage the workload with minimal supervision
