1. ELIGIBILITY
The Filevine Season of Winning 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Filevine, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other company involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. SPONSOR
Filevine, Inc., 1260 Stringham Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106 (“Sponsor”).
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on December 9, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
(a) Online Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.filevine.com/p/meet-lois-your-legal-operating-intelligence-system-season-of-winning/ and complete and submit the entry form with your full name, firm name, email, phone, confirmation of LOIS demo, and agreement to rules. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
(b) Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry)
To enter without making any online submission, hand-print your full name, firm name, email, phone, agreement to rules, and the words “Filevine Season of Winning 2026 Sweepstakes” on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail in entries postmarked by December 31, 2025 will receive one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Sincerely made mail-in entries will have an equal chance of winning as online entries.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of: (i) gift cards totaling $200; (ii) an airfare allowance of up to $1,600 for round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport in the continental United States nearest the winner's residence to the event location; (iii) a ticket allowance of up to $1,400 for two (2) tickets to a regular season NBA/NHL game in the contiguous US (or cash equivalent); and (iv) lodging allowance of up to $1,500 toward two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-selected hotel.
The winner may elect to receive a cash equivalent of $4,700 in lieu of the prize components listed above.
Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,700.00. Actual value may vary based on winner's location and airfare or ticket costs at time of booking. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, provide a cash equivalent or substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize component becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, and any applicable taxes.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about January 5, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. The potential winner will be required to respond within five (5) business days of notification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to sign and return required documents, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (c) grant to Sponsor the right to use entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, Internet service provider, website, or other connections; (b) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; (c) communications line, hardware, and/or software failures; (d) garbled or jumbled transmissions; (e) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; (f) viruses or technical or human error; or (g) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered in Salt Lake City, Utah in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. This arbitration agreement and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Utah without giving effect to any choice of law rule. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.filevine.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
